PRESS RELEASE - Affiliated Materiels Services Announces Organizational Leadership Changes

Affiliated Healthcare Systems (AHS), a Bangor, Maine based provider of products and services to  the healthcare industry, consumers and commercial businesses, and a wholly owned subsidiary of EMHS is pleased to announce the following organizational and leadership changes at its Affiliated Materiel Services (AMS) subsidiary.  Because of increased volume, customer service and logistics demands, AMS has been separated into two distinct divisions which reflect both its acute and non-acute service roles:

The Hospital Logistics division of AMS, headed by Daryl Briggs will provide healthcare products and logistics services to EMHS members and other regional and affiliated hospitals.

The Medical Product Sales Division, headed by Bill Clifford, will serve physician and other non-hospital markets through its existing sales force, its medicalproductsales.com web site and new medical equipment repair division.
